How AI is billed
Comments and rewritten posts are charged by the tokens actually used, on top of your plan — you are never billed for output you did not get. Each task shows its running cost, and stops by itself once it reaches the budget you set. Economy mode cuts the rate in half when delivery within a day is acceptable.

Yes, at any time — limits change immediately.
Do I need my own Telegram accounts?
Yes. You connect the accounts you want to work with, and each one runs through its own exit IP.
